I’m Francesca—a certified personal trainer, nutrition coach, and creator of Fit Bride Method, a proven bridal fitness and nutrition coaching program built to help brides feel confident on their wedding day and beyond.
I built this program because I was tired of seeing brides suffer through crash diets and cookie-cutter “bridal bootcamps” that don’t work. You don’t need another 1,200-calorie plan or extreme workout challenge—you need a sustainable wedding fitness program that fits your real life.
